Can submeters be installed in my multifamily community?

A professional plumber will only need about a football-sized space for installation. If your community doesn’t have enough space, RUBS billing is an option after our team verifies the local laws and regulations.

We have some properties that completely recovered their cost in 6 months and they didn’t even meet their yearly utility budgets.
