Have you recently had high water bills?

If you are a landlord and you recently had an expensive water bill, you already have a leak. In some cases, even after investigating you won’t be able to find any evidence of an active leak. Even a toilet flapper can get stuck open and cause thousands of dollars in water use. The hard part is finding a leak before it causes damage or thousands in unnecessary water expenses.

MyReads Leak Detection by NES

MyReads Leak Detection monitors your property’s water usage daily. You and your team will receive a daily email report of the water usage. You can also review usage on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Catching a leak quickly will prevent a high water bill at the end of the month.
MyReads uses a wireless submeter that is installed on your property’s main water line or whoever you would like to manage usage. The meters are preconfigured for your specific property. You can use as few as 1 or as many as you need to accurately measure usage. Even 1 submeter installed on the main water line in a multi-unit building will help you detect leaks. The wireless submeters do not require WiFi or electricity, the submeter batteries will last for several years. Some cellular data signal is required at the meter installation point.
NES now offers MyReads Leak Detection to all sized properties – a single family home, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes up to 500+ units.
