NES Wins 2026 Tampa Bay Top Workplaces

NES has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times. The award recognizes 165 employers across the Tampa Bay region and is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected by Energage, an independent research firm. The confidential 26-question survey measures leadership, pay, appreciation, company direction, and whether employees feel supported and empowered to do their work.

The Tampa Bay Times has run the Top Workplaces program for 17 years, and the full 2026 list was published on March 27, 2026. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Clearwater, NES provides submetering, RUBS, billing, and utility management services for multifamily properties in more than 40 states. The recognition reflects feedback from the NES team members who completed the confidential survey.
